One day, while walking through a park, Hamza noticed an old man sitting peacefully under a tree, reading a book. The old man seemed happier than anyone Hamza knew. Curious, Hamza approached him.

"Sir," Hamza asked, "how do you always look so calm and content?"

The old man smiled and replied, "I haven't owned a mobile phone for ten years."

Hamza was shocked. "How is that even possible?"

On the second day, he took a walk in the neighborhood. For the first time in years, he noticed colorful flowers blooming along the streets and children laughing while playing cricket.

On the third day, he visited his grandparents. Instead of glancing at a screen, he listened to their stories for hours. They were delighted to have his full attention.

By the fourth day, Hamza began reading books he had ignored for years. His imagination came alive. Adventures, mysteries, and inspiring biographies filled his evenings.

On the fifth day, he met friends at a tea shop. Without phones on the table, everyone talked, laughed, and shared stories. The conversations felt deeper and more meaningful.

By the end of the week, Hamza felt different. His mind was calmer. He slept better. He no longer felt the constant urge to check notifications.

When he finally opened the drawer and looked at his phone, he realised something important.

The phone itself was not the problem. The problem was that he was allowing it to control his life.

From that day forward, Hamza used his mobile phone only when necessary. He made time for books, family, nature, and real conversations.

Years later, when people asked him the secret of his happiness, he would smile and say:

"A mobile phone is a useful servant, but a terrible master. The moment I stopped living for my phone, I started living my life."
